(BLOOMINGTON) - More than 220 citations were issued by a combination of police forces both on and off the Indiana University campus during Little 500 weekend.
A majority of the citations were for under age drinking, Monroe County prosecutor Chris Gaal said Sunday morning. A special Sunday morning court session was held for those offenders.
If eligible, those offenders could agree to pay a fine, partake in Sunday community service, and attend an educational seminar Sunday night.
If they stay out of trouble for one year, the charge would be dismissed from the record.
Two Indiana University basketball players were scheduled to appear. 20-year-old Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell and 18-year-old Stanford Robinson apologized for their actions Friday after Indiana State excise police officers cited them.
The two players allegedly tried to get in the Kilroy's in Bloomington using false IDs. Excise officers were working inside the bar recognized their IDs as fake.
The two players have hired an attorney to represent them, and as a result were not required to appear in court Sunday morning.
Their case is then expected to go through the judicial system at a later date.
