(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Texas Roadhouse meat cutter Propero Sotelo is back in the National Meat Cutting Challenge.
A final competition for the top eight finishers is set for April 27 in Florida.
The winner of the competition receives a grand prize of $20,000 and is named meat cutter of the year.
Sotelo has won the grand prize in the past. He cuts about $1 million worth of meat every year in Bloomington in his position at the restaurant.
