(WASHINGTON) - Family members and the Washington Police Department are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 28-year-old woman.
According to family members, Heather (Gluck) Padgett was last seen at her home at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. She left the home and has not been seen since.
Family members say the disappearance is strange because Heather left her wallet, along with her ID and cell phone, behind. She also left without her two young children, ages 1 and 3.
Washington Police Det. Daniel Christie says that although there is nothing to suggest she was abducted, they would like the public to call police if they see her.
Police are working on leads and information provided by the family to locate her.
Heather Padgett is of medium height and build with blonde hair.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Washington Police Department at 812-254-4410.
