(BEDFORD) - No trail date was set for 20-year-old Taylor Flynn, who is accused of killing Rodney Allender, during his pre-trial conference Monday in Lawrence Superior Court II.
Taylor is one of three teens accused of killing Rodney Allender at his home in Heltonville in February. After allegedly killing Allender Taylor along with 18-year-old Austin Curtis and 16-year-old Dillon Hicks robbed him of money and weapons.
Taylor did not appear in court for the hearing, but his attorney John Boren attended the hearing.
The only motion discussed during the hearing was one Boren filled requesting Taylor be allowed to wear civilian clothes at all court proceedings.
Judge William Sleva denied the request as related to any proceedings that take place before the trial, but ordered Flynn would be allowed to appear in court in civilian attire during his trial.
The pre-trial conference was continued to 2 p.m. on June 30.
