(BEDFORD) - Over the past several months, people that called the time and temperature line at 675-5599 would receive the correct time, but there was no temperature reading available.
Tim Wray, of Abel Tech LLC, who operates the free service, says the temperature sensor ended up under water somehow during the heavy rains in early April.
A new components were ordered, but it took weeks to receive the parts. But now Abel says, with the new components, this problem shouldn't happen again. The time and temperature information is free to call.
