(OOLITIC) - Two Bloomington men were arrested early Saturday morning, after running from police.
According to Deputy Marshal Bill Allen, the driver of a white Chevrolet Camaro refused to stop after he initiated a traffic stop on Main Street in Oolitic.
The driver continued to flee north on Ind. 37 and then attempted to turn east onto Trogden Lane. The driver lost control and skidded into the ditch.
Three people then fled on foot.
Allen gave chase and was able to catch one and after a struggle arrested 53-year-old Kurt Todd.
Todd was charged with battery on a police officers, resisting law enforcement by force and fleeing, public intoxication and criminal mischief.
Later officers arrest 21-year-old Justin Hollingsworth, of Bloomington, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Owen County and for resisting arrest by fleeing.
Officers are still looking for the third person and anyone with information about their location is asked to call police.
Allen was assisted by officers from Bedford and Lawrence County Police Departments and Indiana State Police troopers.
