(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after he was stopped twice for reckless driving.
Lawrence County police received a call at 11:14 p.m. Thursday reporting an irate male was in the 1400 block of I Street and was asked to leave. The male did but not before telling those that called police "God Bless" and then slapped the door after storming out of the business.
Bedford police were then called to Steak N' Shake at 11:58 after 33-year-old Travis Bauer enter the business and was causing a disturbance. He was then driving recklessly in the parking. Officer stopped Bauer and he was issued a citation for reckless driving.
Then at 12:01 a.m. this morning officers were called to the area of 16th and O streets after a report of a reckless driver. Again officers stopped Bauer, but this time he was taken to jail on a charge of reckless driving.
