(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Sunday on two counts of battery and one count each of strangulation, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth within 1,000 feet of a family housing complex, and two counts of intimidation.
39-year-old Jason Sturgeon is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Washington Police arrested 20-year-old Jenna Allbritten of Montgomery Sunday for theft and resisting law enforcement.
Bond was set at $4,500.
On Saturday, Washington Police arrested 37-year-old Heather Fox of Washington for possession of a legend drug.
Fox was released from jail on $2,500 bond.
Washington Police arrested 24-year-old Samuel Gomez Ortiz of Washington Saturday for driving while never receiving a license.
Ortiz was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
Elnora Police arrested two Elnora residents Friday on warrants for multiple drug charges.
37-year-old Phillip Stoll is facing charges including possession of meth, conspiracy to commit dealing in meth, and attempted deliver meth.
30-year-old Natasha Graber is facing charges including, possession of meth, marijuana, precursors and drug paraphernalia.
She was also arrested on a Knox County warrant.
Graber is being held under $10,000 bond while Stoll is being held under $125,000 bond.
Washington Police arrested 19-year-old Jonathan Summers of Washington Friday for minor in possession of alcohol.
Summers was released from jail on $2,000 bond.
