(BEDFORD) - A Springville man was injured after he crashed his car on Vinegar Hill Road early Sunday morning.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 63-year-old Brah Taft was traveling west on Vinegar Hill Road at 3:38 a.m. when he ran his 1995 Mazda off the roadway and struck a tree. Taft continued further down the road and then struck another set of trees.
Taft was trapped in the vehicle and had to be freed by firefighters from Shawswick Volunteer Fire Department and Bedford Fire Department. Taft suffered a possible broken arm.
According to the police report, Taft blew a .11 on a portable breathalyzer. The accident is still under investigation.
