(BLOOMFIELD) - The Indiana Department of Transportation is asking drivers to be alert for changes in traffic patterns next week at the intersection State Road 54 and State Road 45 in Little Cincinnati.
Currently, traffic on State Road 54 has the free-flowing movement through the intersection with State Road 45.
Beginning Thursday, June 26, INDOT will begin modifying the intersection. S.R. 54 traffic (Bloomfield to Bedford) will now stop at the intersection and S.R. 45 traffic (Crane to Bloomington) will have the free-flowing movement.
It's expected the work activity to be complete that same day, weather dependent.
INDOT urges motorists to slow down and stay alert when encountering work zones.
