(HARRISON COUNTY) - State police say the vehicle owned by a man wanted on multiple murder charges has been located in rural Harrison County.
A truck driven by John Carpenter was found Thursday in a woods near New Amsterdam.
Carpenter is wanted on murder charges in Orange County for his involvement in the Monday double homicide and triple shooting north of Paoli.
Both Carpenter and James Davidson, the third suspect, remain at-large. Both are considered armed and dangerous. A motive is not being released at this time.
On Wednesday night, police arrested 48-year-old Elbert Brooks of New Albany.
Nicholas Fields, Cory Harris and Daniel Smitson were shot Monday. Harris and Fields were killed during the incident.
