(WORTHINGTON) - A Bloomfield man suffered head lacerations following a one-car crash on State Road 48 west of County Road 900W Thursday afternoon around 1:35 p.m.
According to an Indiana State Police report, 32-year-old Justin Hash was driving his 1999 Infiniti SUV eastbound on SR 48 when he became distracted and ran off the south side of the highway.
Hash's SUV ran into a ditch then continued for approximately 335 feet before striking a driveway culvert and mailbox causing the vehicle to overturn onto its side before coming to a stop.
Hash was taken by Greene County Ambulance to the Greene County General Hospital where he was treated and released after suffering head lacerations.
Assisting at the scene were members of the Worthington Police Department, Worthington Fire Department and the Wright Township Fire Department also provided assistance.
