(BLOOMFIELD) - 35-year-old Jason Lee Caldwell of Solsberry was formally charged Thursday evening with the murder of 54-year-old David Lamm also of Solsberry.
Indiana State Police Detectives found evidence through their investigation that sometime after nightfall on Friday, July 18th, Jason Caldwell was waiting in Lamm's driveway and allegedly shot Lamm upon his arrival home.
ISP Detectives also discovered evidence that Jason Lee Caldwell purportedly raped a female inside Lamm's home, after the murder had occurred.
Credit cards, weapons, prescription drugs and a 2008 Jeep Commander were also stolen from the home.

If convicted, Caldwell could face more than 200 years in prison.
