Mitchell Man Arrested After Police Called About Domestic Fight

(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after his involvement in a domestic fight Monday night.

According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, officers were called to a home in the 50 block of Daisy Lane after a report of a domestic fight

A woman informed police that the man she was fighting with had left, but she was afraid he would come back and things would escalate.

Officers found 42-year-old Shawn Christianson walking at the intersection of Meridian and Warren streets.

Christianson was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
