(SEYMOUR) - A man accused of working for a masonry company in Jackson County while drawing unemployment benefits over a three-year period has been arrested.
42-year-old Billy E. Douglas of Seymour was arrested on charges of welfare fraud, a Class C felony, and theft, a Class D felony. His arrest marks the second this week involving someone accused of drawing unemployment while working at the same time.
