(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police received a tip the man was at the Hideaway early Saturday morning.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers received a call at 1:30 a.m. Saturday reporting that 35-year-old Travis Hillenburg, who was wanted on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, was at the Hideaway.
When police arrived, they found Hillenburg and arrested him on that outstanding warrant.
"While officers were searching Mr. Hillenburg they discovered a baggie of marijuana and a smoking device in his pockets," Parsley added.
Hillenburg is now facing additional charges of possession of marijuana under 30 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.
