(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after police found synthetic marijuana in his vehicle.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig officers stopped 21-year-old Nevin Turpin of Mitchell for a window tint violation at the intersection of 16th and K streets Friday around 7 p.m.
When officers approached the vehicle, Turpin was acting suspicious and a K-9 was called to the scene.
The K-9 alerted officers to possible drugs in the vehicle.
Officers found drug paraphernalia and a film canister filled with Spice, a synthetic marijuana.
Turpin was arrested on charges of dealing in a synthetic drug, possession of a synthetic drug and possession of a look alike drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
