(BEDFORD) - Bedford Revitalization Inc.’s next Gallery Walk is Friday.
The event is from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. The event kicks off at Harp Commons and is free to attend.
Downtown restaurants and businesses will remain open, and many will host and promote the talents of local artists.
The Wiley Center Art Center, at 14th and J streets, will be opening its newest exhibit Friday night showcasing artists Linda Endris and Becky Buher. A public reception is slated for Friday from 5-8 p.m. The show continues through Sept. 24.
Music will resonate from the square Friday night with the family trio Lobeco performing at 7:15 p.m., followed by No Xpectations.
And vendors from the Farmers' Market will also be open.
Gallery Walk participants include the Lawrence County Museum, Stone Cutters Cafe and Roastery, Ginger Threads, Evolution Tattoo, Inklings Bookstore, BlueEyes and BareFeet, and First United Methodist Church.
