(PATOKA) - A Patoka man is charged with theft after allegedly stealing property from CSX Railroad.
The Gibson County Sheriff's Deputies received a report around 8:50 a.m. Sunday morning of a truck backing up to railroad tracks near the intersection of Elizabeth and Town Hall Streets in Patoka.
When they arrived they they found 51-year-old Richard Dillon loading railroad material into the bed of his truck.
Deputies took Dillon to the Gibson County Jail and charged him with theft.
