(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police spent part of Sunday afternoon looking for an alleged shoplifter.
At 3 p.m., employees at the IGA in the West End Plaza reported they witnessed a man putting items in his pocket. Police were given a description of the man.
He was last seen walking west of the store and going through the ravine near the old Co-Op building.
Police searched for the man but were unable to find him.
Anyone with information about the incident or man are asked to call the police department.
