(MITCHELL) - A Bedford man was arrested Saturday after he allegedly choked and hit a woman during a domestic fight at Pioneer Creek Apartments on Saturday.
Mitchell police officers were called to the apartment at 5:20 a.m. and arrested 53-year-old Clifford Foddrill of Bedford on charges of domestic battery in the presence of a minor (a six-year-old) and strangulation.
