Bruhy was crossing H Street, walking east, when Stillions began turning left onto H Street, from 16th Street.
The vehicle struck Burhy, knocking him to the ground.
Burhy suffered severe bleeding to his head and bleeding to his left hand and left elbow. He also complained of hip pain.
He was taken by a Seals ambulance to St. Vincent Dunn Hospital for treatment.
