(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested Tuesday after the Lawrence County Emergency Response Team went to a home in the 1800 block of WPA Road.
Officers arrested 46-year-old Jamie Lynch, of 105 WPA Rd., on multiple charges including intimidation with a deadly weapon, battery and burglary.
Officers went to the home at 5:12 p.m. while a Seals ambulance and first responders from Marion Volunteer Fire Department staged at Tieman Tire.
Lynch was arrested without incident and taken to jail.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig, Lynch's charges stem from an incident during the late hours on September 3 or the early morning hours of September 4.
