(BEDFORD) - Quarry Quilters will have its biennial “A Harvest of Quilts” quilt show Friday and Saturday at Central Church of Christ on the corner of 12th and N streets in Bedford.
The show will feature guild challenges, demonstrations, a treasure shop, vendors and opportunity quilt.
Visitors can view the quilted pieces of art Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $4. About 60 members belong to Quarry Quilters.
The guild is dedicated to keeping the art of quilting alive and introducing it to new generations of quilters.
The group makes and donates many quilts to nursing homes and also makes pillowcases for hospital patients and the Hope Resource Center.
