(BLOOMINGTON) - After receiving a call that a car struck shrubbery in a yard, Bloomington police arrested a man they say was found with three flat tires on his car and paraphernalia and synthetic marijuana inside it.
27-year-old Gregory Coia of Springville was arrested on preliminary charges of dealing synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended driver's license, leaving the scene of an accident and operating a vehicle while intoxicated
Coia was booked into Monroe County Jail at 4:44 p.m. Thursday, and bond was set at $4,000 surety, $500 cash.
