23-year-old Dejaun Andre Worthen, 20-year-old Darion Dashon Harris and 24-year-old Darryl Anthony Worthen are suspects in the murder and robbery of gun store owner Scott Maxie Sunday afternoon.
All three have been charged with murder and robbery and are currently being held without bond at the Jennings County Jail.
Four guns from the 47 that were stolen were recovered.
Maxie was a Southern Indiana firearms dealer who was shot during the robbery.
61-year-old Maxie was found dead from one gunshot wound to the head lying on the floor of his shop in the 8400 block of West county Road 200 South located just east of the Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge. The shop was part of Maxie's home.
Maxie had as many as 200 guns in his shop. An audit of the shop showed that only 47 guns had been stolen.
