(BLOOMFIELD) - Three people were arrested after Greene County police went to a home to serve an arrest warrant.
Officers went to the home on County Road 275 South in Bloomfield to arrest Jessica Nelson on a warrant for petition to revoke probation.
When officers arrived, Lucas Gechtman answered the door and brought Nelson to the door to meet officers.
Gechtman and Crystal Robinette, who were also at the home, became verbally abusive with police and non-compliant when officers commanded them to release Nelson into their custody.
The argument then became physical, with officers having to fight with Robinette and Gechtman and forcibly handcuff them. No serious injuries occurred during the fight.
Police say Nelson cooperated the entire time.
Robinette and Gechtman were arrested on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice.
