(BEDFORD) - Two people were hurt during a crash at 16th Street and Plaza Drive Tuesday morning.
According to a Bedford Police report, 43-year-old William Longest of Paoli was traveling west in the right lane of eastbound 16th Street and was approximately 20 feet west of Plaza Drive.
17-year-old Allen Huffman of Bedford was driving behind Longest.
Huffman failed to stop and crashed his 1993 Dodge Power Ram into the rear of Longest's 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe.
Huffman told police his windshield wipers were not working well and he had condensation on his windshield. Huffman told police between the moisture on his windshield and the glare from lights he was not able to see that Longest had stopped in front of him.
Longest complained of left shoulder and arm pain and told police he would seek treatment later if needed.
Longest's passenger, 42-year-old Michelle Longest of Paoli, complained of back pain and was taken by an IU Health Hospital ambulance to IU Health Hospital for treatment.
Huffman was not injured during the incident.
