(DUBOIS CO.) - Two were injured in a car-deer collision on I-64 Saturday.
According to Dubois County Police, at around 10:54 p.m., 38 -year-old Jennifer A. Ford, of Indianapolis, was westbound on I-64 driving a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse, when the deer ran into the roadway
The deer caused heavy damages to the windshield and roof of the Mitsubishi.
Ford suffered cuts to her legs and a 15-year-old passenger had minor cuts to the face due to the glass fragments from the windshield.
Jasper Memorial Hospital Emergency Medical Services, Ferdinand Fire Department, and Dubois County Sheriff's Department all responded to the scene.
