(SULLIVAN) - Officials have ruled the cause of an early morning fire Thursday at a Sullivan business as arson.
The fire at the Graber Sullivan Building Supply Company is under investigation by the state fire marshal. Sullivan Fire Department was called to the fire at the Graber Sullivan Building Supply Company lumber yard on West Harris Street at 3:30 a.m. and battled the blaze for about 45 minutes.
According to Fire Chief Rob Robertson, when firefighters arrived they found three piles of lumber on fire. A small building next to the lumber yard was also engulfed in flames.
The state fire marshal is investigating the fire. Property damage is estimated at $20,000 to $30,000.
