(BLOOMINGTON) - An education panel will discuss the Ebola outbreak in West Africa and Indiana University’s ties to Liberia from noon to 1:30 p.m. today in Whittenberger Auditorium in the Indiana Memorial Union.
The event is free and open to the public.
Experts on the panel will talk about the medical, public health and physiological effects of the virus as well as give a cultural context and discuss possible ways to control the outbreak.
Panelists are from various IU schools and the moderator is Michael Reece, associate dean of the IU School of Public Health in Bloomington.
