(WASHINGTON) - A man suffered head injuries after he pulled his lawn mower into the path of a pickup truck Saturday night.
According to Daviess County police report, officers were called to the home at 5 p.m.
According to police, Percy Lyford was driving a zero-turn mower and had drove out of his driveway at 3107 Old Highway 50 West and was on the north side of the road and then turned south and pulled into the path of an S10 pickup truck, driven by Jacob Pitcher, of Washington.
Lyford suffered a head injury and was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes for treatment. Pitcher was not injured.
