(BEDFORD) - A Paoli woman was injured after a rear-end collision Tuesday night at Ind 37 and U.S. 50 West.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 61-year-old Lisa Brock of Paoli, was traveling south on Ind. 37 and had slowed for a yellow light at the intersection of U.S. 50 West when her 2005 Saturn was struck in the rear by a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by 26-year-old Whitney Norman of Bedford.
Norman told police the driver of the Saturn had suddenly slammed on her brakes to stop for the light and she couldn't get stopped.
Norman was not injured.
Brock complained of left shoulder and head pain. She was taken by ambulance to IU Health Hospital.
