White River Baptist Church Fall Harvest Celebration Saturday

(BEDFORD) - The White River Baptist Church is hosting a Fall Harvest Celebration Saturday.

There will be a hog roast, ham and bean supper.

Music will be performed by Glory Land Band (Austin Harper family and friends), Light Gospel Singers (Lowell and Brenda Flynn and friends), Backwoods Bluegrass Group (Joe East and friends).

There will be a tractor show, lawn mower pulls, bouncy houses, hay rides and door prizes.

The event kicks off at 5 p.m. and will end with a fireworks display.

Everything is free, so come join the fun and fellowship.

The White River Baptist Church is located at 7705 Tunnelton Road

If it rains the festival will be held on Sunday at 5 p.m.

The rules for the Lawnmower Pull are as follow and the is no charge to enter:

Mower must come from the factory with a mower deck
The deck must be removed for safety reasons
No zero-turn mowers allowed
No alcohol of any kind for you or your mower
No fighting, this is for fun - the winner will get bragging rights and a trophy

There will a 0-9 age group, 10 to 14 years old, 15 and up and hydro and an open class.
