(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after police found meth and heroin.
A Bloomington officer made a routine traffic stop at Rogers and 11th streets at 10:10 p.m. Saturday.
During that traffic stop officers discovered a small plastic bag with meth in the pocket of 19-year-old Jesse Abrams of Bloomington.
Abrams admitted to police that had had ingested the drug earlier that day.
During an inventory of the vehicle, officers also discovered three aluminum foil gum wrappers containing a brown substance that tested positive as heroin.
Abram was arrested on charges of possession of meth and heroin and maintaining a common nuisance.
