(WILLIAMS) - A Mitchell man was arrested earlier this week after the Emergency Response Team and the Drug Task Force serves a search warrant at a home in the 4500 block of Port Williams Road.
Officers arrested 37-year-old Brandon Eagan Tuesday afternoon after police found more than 24 grams of meth and 4 grams of heroin.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig, when officers entered the home they discovered one gram of heroin and one gram of meth in plain sight on a table. While searching the home they found more drugs package to sale, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana and a handgun.
Eagan was arrested no charges of possession of meth and heroin and marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance. The case is still under investigation and more charges are pending.
