(SEYMOUR) - 36-year-old Joseph L. Prewitt of Seymour faces charges of intimidation with a deadly weapon, resisting law enforcement and public intoxication.
Seymour Assistant Police Chief Craig Hayes says police were called at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday to the 600 block of East Sixth Street to investigate a report a man with a knife was threatening another man.
When police arrived, Prewitt ran into a nearby residence and out the back door, but was captured.
