(BLOOMINGTON) - Two men accused of breaking into an off-campus apartment with guns and raping an Indiana University student are being held on a half-million dollars bond and are expected to appear in court this afternoon.
Monroe County Deputy Prosecutor Jeff Kehr says the two 19-year-olds who broke through a locked door and attacked the women will be charged with 15 felonies, and also face a possible 20-year sentence enhancement if convicted, since firearms were used.
A third man, who apparently did not enter the apartment but waited in a car to drive the suspects away, faces less serious charges.
