(BLOOMINGTON) - A homeless woman was arrested last week after she caused a disturbance to the Monroe County Public Library.
Officers were called to the library after a report of a woman yelling and causing a disturbance in an upstairs bathroom.
Officers asked 44-year-old Tiffany Ducharme to calm down and leave the library, but she refused to cooperate with officers.
She continued to curse and scream and was arrested on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct.
