(BICKNELL) - A hostage situation in Bicknell ended peacefully Monday night.
Police arrested 30-year-old James "Jamie" Winemiller II, after about an hour long standoff.
The incident began when a Bicknell police officer attempted to pull over a vehicle Winemiller was riding in.

The child was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital and examined for precautionary reasons.
