(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after he violated a restraining order early Friday morning.
Bloomington Police were called to the 2300 block of South Rogers Street just before 6:30 a.m. after they received a reported that 40-year-old Brian David Minnick had been sending threatening text messaged to a woman who had filed a restraining order against him.
Minnick was arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation and invasion of privacy. He is being held at the Monroe County Jail on a $4,000 surety, $500 cash bond with a probation hold.
