(BLOOMINGTON) - A Spencer man was arrested after he allegedly threatened an Aver’s Pizza employee Monday night.
According to police, the employee called police after receiving a harassing phone call from a man named "Jim" who threatened to assault employees because they were experiencing phone problems.
Police found 31-year-old James Greene at a nearby home.
Greene admitted to calling Aver's Pizza and changing his voice to prank the pizza shop, but told police he never intended to hurt anyone.
During a search of the home, police found three sawed-off shotguns on the floor being hid under a man's coat. They also found drugs that tested positive for meth.
Greene was arrested on charges of possession of a narcotic, possession of meth, possession of sawed-off shotguns, possession of a controlled substance and a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of meth and invasion of privacy.
He was booked into Monroe County Jail at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday, and his bond was set at $4,000 surety, $1,000 cash.
