(BEDFORD) - The Drug Task Force arrested three people Thursday evening after they received information about illegal drug activity in the area of Briarwood Lane and Briar Avenue.
According to Assistant Chief Joe DeWees, police received information that a vehicle was spotted leaving the home after an alleged meth deal.
An officer stopped the vehicle and during the traffic stop officers found meth in the vehicle.
Police arrested 29-year-old Crystal Lenning of Bedford, 30-year-old Patricia Horton of Mitchell and 36-year-old Michael Piercefield of Bloomington. Each faces two counts of dealing meth, two counts of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lenning was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance and Horton and Piecefield are facing charges of visiting a common nuisance.
Police also secured a search warrant for Lenning's home on Poplar View Lane.
