(BEDFORD) - Three Bedford teens were cited into court after they were found exiting a vacant home on H Street Saturday.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers were called to the 2100 block of H Street after a neighbor reported seeing three male juveniles enter the vacant home.
When officers arrived they found the three teens standing in the yard smoking.
When officers stopped to talk to the teens they smelled the odor of burnt marijuana.
Officers discovered one of the males had a green-leafy substance, a burnt pipe and rolling papers, another had a smoking pipe that contained residue and another had a bottle of spiced rum.
Police cited a 14-year-old male for possession of alcohol, a 15-year-old male for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and a 16-year-old for possession of drug paraphernalia. All three were released to their parents.
