(SEYMOUR) - Two brothers died in a single-vehicle crash just east of Seymour early this past Friday.
25-year-old Jeffrey Lovingood of North Vernon and 21-year-old Charles Lovingood of Westport were pronounced dead of massive internal injuries at the scene, according to Jennings County Deputy Coroner Alden Rudicel.
The wreck happened at 2:18 a.m. Friday on U.S. 50 West in front of Biehle Electric.
According to police, the younger Lovingood was driving east on U.S. 50 and over corrected, causing the car to go off the roadway, striking the ditch and a large tree.
The investigation is ongoing.
