(JASONVILLE) - A fire late Saturday night that destroyed a vacant home in Jasonville is under investigation by the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
Firefighters from the Jasonville and Wright Township and Lewis Township Fire Departments were called to the fire on Harrison Street around 11:30 p.m. When firefighters arrived the home was engulfed in flames.
Firefighters had the fire out in about an hour.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Firefighter say there was no utilities turned on at the home.
