(BLOOMINGTON) - Monroe Hospital has named its first CEO under its new ownership.
Phil Lowe has taken over as chief operating officer of the hospital, which was acquired by California-based hospital chain Prime Healthcare in November of last year.
Lowe most recently served as interim CEO for Holy Cross Hospital in Taos, New Mexico, and has 30 years of experience in hospital administration, including in hospital construction, community outreach and physician recruiting,
