(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County artists are looking to spring ahead with a Think Spring exhibit at the Wiley Art Center.
Members of LCAA who will join forces include award-winning professional artists and teachers as well as new artists with budding talent.
Their work ranges from traditional oil paintings to acrylic, watercolor, colored pencil, graphite, pen and ink, and other mediums.
Artists from LARC Stone Belt will also participate in this show, and the new 2015 LARC calendars will be on sale at the gallery.
Sammie Justesen, president of LCAA says, "Each year brings new artists, discoveries, and inspiration. I can hardly wait to see what our members have been working on for this show."
The association welcomes community artists who'd like to show their work as guests of LCAA for this exhibit. Those who are interested may contact Justesen at sammie@norlightspress.com.
The show will open with a reception on Friday, February 27 from five to seven p.m. The show closes on Saturday, March 21.
