(BLOOMINGTON) - Two Bloomington men were arrested after they caused a disturbance at the College Mall Saturday.
Police arrested 24-year-old Brandon McCarey on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, intimidation and resisting law enforcement.
18-year-old Jerome Jones was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement.
According to a press release, mall security called Bloomington police after they found the men sleeping at a table in the food court and they refused to leave.
Security led the men to the mall exit door, but Jones allegedly walked in the opposite direction, yelling and refusing to leave.
McCarey, who was intoxicated, was loud and threatened to take legal action against the owner of the Mall and security officer.
Both men became combative when handcuffed, making threats against Bloomington police officers and their families.
