(BLOOMINGTON) - All Indiana University students and employees who are victims of sexual misconduct now will follow the same rules in reporting and proceeding with their allegations.
The Herald Times reports that Indiana University has implemented a new sexual misconduct policy to define and outline system-wide procedures related to reporting and addressing allegations of rape, sex-and gender-based discrimination, stalking and other forms of sexual harassment.
The policy took effect Sunday and applies to students, faculty and staff of all seven Indiana University campuses.
